Garret B. Hannegan’s practice focuses on foreclosure, bankruptcy law, commercial litigation and collections. He also has extensive experience in appellate practice and a reputation for strong problem solving skills in cases requiring resolution of complex issues. Mr. Hannegan is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee. More Than a Lawyer Mr. Hannegan is quite the adventurer when he is not practicing law: he is an avid fisherman and target shooter (having won the Class I Bronze Medal at the 1986 Indiana State FOP Pistol Match), and has hiked the Appalachian Trail in seven states. Notably, he often appeared on Louisville Radio's WQMF morning show (1990-1991) with Ron Clay and Troy Roebuck as their sometimes comical "staff attorney," "John Deaux." |
