Melinda T. Sunderland’s practice concentrates on banking and finance law, collections, loan workouts, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, including foreclosure, and matters under the Uniform Commercial Code. Always personable, clients enjoy working with Ms. Sunderland and appreciate her responsiveness. She is a shareholder, chairs M&P’s Marketing Committee, and is the editor of the firm newsletter. More Than a Lawyer Some of Ms. Sunderland’s favorite pastimes include reading, watching University of Kentucky basketball games and going to the park with her son. She also enjoys traveling abroad. She studied in Segovia, Spain as an undergraduate student, and most recently, she joined the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce on a trip to explore business opportunities in China. |
