Taylor M. Hamilton dedicates much of his practice to foreclosure—both commercial and retail. Clients appreciate his ability to set expectations and to take a case from start to finish quickly. Mr. Hamilton’s work in retail foreclosure has led to an understanding of foreclosure procedures throughout the state of Kentucky. Mr. Hamilton is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.

More than a Lawyer

Mr. Hamilton and his wife have a daughter, Ally, who joins seven nieces with whom he spends most of his time outside of work. When he’s not with his family, Mr. Hamilton is probably playing basketball in his church league, fishing, landscaping or tackling a home improvement project.
