Timothy A. Schenk’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, collections, foreclosure, loan workouts, lender liability and business disputes. His greatest strength is the personal relationships he develops with his clients, who know what they can depend on him to be a tireless advocate for their position. Mr. Schenk is a senior associate at M&P, and is a member of the firm’s Marketing Committee and Litigation Practice Group. More Than a Lawyer Mr. Schenk leads an active and athletic lifestyle. His hobbies include golfing, skiing, basketball, fishing, hunting, and watching University of Louisville basketball, football and baseball. Every spring and fall, he and his father take at least one trip together to either hunt, fish, golf or watch their favorite teams play on the road. |
