Tyler Powell's practice focuses on bankruptcy, loan workouts, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Powell is a well-rounded bankruptcy attorney: he was a judicial clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and has represented both creditors and debtors in individual and corporate bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings. These experiences provided him with an absolute understanding of how the bankruptcy process works from both sides of the aisle. As a result, he is able to represent clients' interests quickly and effectively. Mr. Powell is a Senior Associate in M&P's Lexington office.
